Incorporated in 2000, Top Base Structure Sdn Bhd is involved in the manufacturing of asphalt premix and pavement of road recognized by Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Malaysia. The company which is CIDB G7 contractor also specializes in civil engineering and infrastructure works, and is capable of providing quality products and solutions to meet the needs of its customers.
