Top Base Structure Sdn Bhd operates a JKR-recognised drum mix asphalt plant located approximately 2km from Kubang Semang Toll (BKE, Butterworth–Kulim Expressway).

We specialise in the production and supply of high-quality asphalt materials and bituminous products for road construction, infrastructure development, and civil engineering projects across Malaysia.

Our production uses Bitumen Grade 60/70, ensuring consistent quality, structural durability, and compliance with JKR specifications and Malaysian road standards.
