Top Base Structure Sdn. Bhd. has a JKR recognized drum mix asphalt plant which is located approximately 2km from the Kubang Semang toll gate of the Butterworth – Kulim Expressway (BKE). The plant produces bituminous macadam as well as asphaltic concrete of wearing and binder course to the requirement of customers. We use bitumen grade 60/70 for the production of both asphalt products.
